Phase: I – 3rd Qtr. 2007 – Delivery 2nd Qtr. 2009

Building C (Porto Ensenada) and Building B (Porto La Paz) to begin construction third quarter 2007 and to be ready for occupancy by second quarter 2009. A total of 168 condominium homes will be constructed within two eleven-story buildings featuring 16 different floor plans. Condominium homes will be available from the Garden Level through the 9th floor. The 10th and 11th floors feature luxury Penthouses for “The Meridian Club,” a Private Residence Club.

Phase: II – 2nd Qtr. 2008 – Delivery 2nd Qtr. 2011

Hussong Marina Development will begin by the second quarter 2008 with the breakwater construction and will continue for 24 months. Marina build out with 284 marina slips will be completed by spring of 2011. The marina will include a megayacht center, Yacht Club facilities, and a variety of shops and restaurants in a Mediterranean seaport village atmosphere.

Phase III – 3rd Qtr. 2008 – Delivery 4th Qtr. 2009

Boutique Hotel & Village Shops will begin by third quarter 2008 with a boutique hotel offering an estimated 65 luxury suites in a condo-hotel configuration with restaurant and adjoining spa facilities. Adjacent to the hotel will be the hotel village square offering guests a variety of unique shops and restaurants integrated with the marina and waterfront area. Operations are estimated to begin by fourth quarter 2009.

Phase IV – 2nd Qtr. 2008 – Delivery 4th Qtr. 2009

Building A (Porto Los Cabos) to begin construction second quarter of 2008 and ready for occupancy by winter of 2009. Building “A” will comprise a total of 78 condominium homes in one eleven-story building featuring 12 different floor plans. Condominium homes will be available from the from the Garden Level through the 8th floor. The 9th, 10th and 11th floors feature luxury Penthouses for “The Meridian Club,” a Private Residence Club.

Phase V - 1st Qtr. 2009 – Delivery 4th Qtr. 2011

Marina Village Condominium Building to begin construction first quarter 2009 and ready for occupancy by winter of 2011. The Marina Village Condominium building will comprise an estimated 170 condominium homes, as well as individual villas, and will be constructed in two twelve-story buildings featuring 10 different floor plans. Condominium homes will be available from the Garden Level through the 6th floor. The 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th floors will be luxury Penthouses for “The Meridian Club,” a Private Residence Club.
