This large-scale project is on Todos Santos Bay on the northwest Pacific coast of the Baja Peninsula about an hour south of the United States border. Upon completion, which is scheduled for late 2011, it will consist of five residential towers with about 400 two- to three-bedroom condominiums and 44 three- to four-bedroom furnished fractional residences, as well as 17 villa-style houses, a 65-suite hotel and a 284-slip marina capable of accommodating boats as long as as 400 feet.
